McLaren Automotive celebrated the 20th anniversary of the start of the F1 program by inviting F1 owners past and present to a celebration dinner at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, England. The owners were treated to a display of 21 McLaren F1 road and race cars, the largest number of F1 cars ever assembled in one place. It all started in 1988, when McLaren made the decision to expand from Formula One and design and build what it called "the finest sports car the world had ever seen." In March 1990, the team created to build that car came together for the first time.

The lowdown
Not an all-new car but a fairly serious revision of the legendary off-roader. Mitsubishi has ditched the old car’s dated-looking curves with much straighter, angular lines inspired by the 1979 Pajero II concept car. It’s not exactly Range Rover suave but the result should keep the Caravan Club happy.
The European Grand Prix Valencia 2010
The 2010 European Grand Prix in Valencia was really about the Red Bulls. Vettel managed to start from pole and end up on the top step after the chequered flag. Team mate Mark Webber didn’t fare so well. From a poor start – where he seemed to be going backwards when everyone else was going forwards – he had a shunt and a half when he drove in to the back of Heikki Kovalainen’s Lotus at close on 200mph, flipped his car and ran off in to the tyre wall.
